Life is not meant to be awful...

At the end of the day, we should be able to do what we love. That's what Salt + Iron is all about, doing what you love. Encouraging, loving, laughing and most importantly, giving hope. At the end of the day, that's all we can ask for.

Søren Kierkegaard was a Danish Philosopher who wrote about death. I have always believed that there is only one guarantee in our lives, that we will eventually pass away. Nothing else is promised to us. So we must make everything before that moment matter as much as we can. Be it through simply existing, or be it through following Kierkegaard's philosophy in that we deal with death through three primary routes: Aesthetic, Ethics + Religion. All of these things are clearly important to me personally. I care a great deal how things appear to you. I care that what I am doing is impacting something, somewhere, and all of these things spawn from the core beliefs and faith that I hold dear to my heart. As this channel grows along with the rest of my projects you will begin to see those things come to light a bit more clearly, but for now just know.

If you'd like to take a break, come with me and watch the ease of Dyzygy. Various video game playthroughs, vlogs about life, writing, poetry + creation. Within the script of my life I have a handful of things I want to do, but don't know how to take care of. Those things compiled into a small group within my mind and became Dyzygy. Named after mixing my original gamertag, Dicephalous + my obsession with the stars, Syzygy -- you'll find a bit of everything within. Talks about the supernatural, stories, and so much more.

I am afraid of death, this has never been a secret.
I intend to make something that will live forever, even if I don't.
I hope, in the least, to have fun along the way.
